How to make OEM | ODM plush toys?

Requirements for customized plush toys | OEM toys
Before start,the first step we have to work with you is to determine the full requirements and specifications of your project.These requirements typically include estimated quantities,purchase frequency,full product specifications and the related marketing information,etc.The digital artworks and color specifications of customers' logo and printing material are required before designing or samples made.You'll be appreciated if you would provide us with digital files from your Visual Identity System,which will help our design professionals understand and follow precisely.The digital artworks in format of AI or CDR,and along with JPEG or PDF would be preferred.Colors of customized products we ask for them from color codes from PMS(Pantone Mactching System).4-Color Process(CYMK) will be required for typical printing presses.
Quotation
Our account team will submit your data to our product development team.They work with our factories to generate the most competitive pricing, in couple of days,you will receive our complete quotation including unit price on FOB China,Related pictures,MOQ,any applicable mold fees if any,sample charges,Package details,Estimated units for 20'/40' container,and an estimated shipping charge
Sample
After you have approved the quote and provided any applicable sampling fees,we will proceed the sample for you.When the sample is completed,you will receive pictures for preliminary approval.You will then receive the actual sample.Should the sample be insufficient or required minor changes,we will then make you another sample.Sample typically take 7-10days,but depends on the nature of product.
Production
When you are satisfied with the sample and you would like to initiate the full production of your goods,we will be requireing a signed purchase order.Once we received your signed purchased contract and deposit,we will work with our factory partners to produce your goods in a timely manner.Production will be ready in 45-60days generally,but that is subject to the project's nature.You will be given full production timeline expectations.
Quality Control
During the production process and before any items are packaged,our quality control team will be on-site at the factories to assure that your product is produced according to the quality and technical guidelines that you have presented to us.The quality control procedures include on-site inspection of materials,in-line production,pre-packaging,final inspection and pre-shipment.You can also arrange you quality control partner to make inspection at factory.
Shipping
After our or your QC team and your final confirmation,our logistic crew will arrange shipment in accordance with your instructions and shipping routine.And you can tracking on the container status on our container tracking link of our website.And all shipping documents will be sent out upon receive the final payments.
